Following a successful career as a professional rugby player in NZ and the UK, Glenn has 16 years’ experience in planning, project delivery and property related roles across private industry, local government in New Zealand and Australia, and the NSW State Government. Glenn’s extensive experience and expertise in delivering outcomes in diverse portfolios is underpinned by a degree in Resource Management, a Diploma in Project Management and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Management and Development. Working in executive leadership roles he has successfully led large multi disciplinary teams with significant capital programs including major project and infrastructure delivery, asset management, strategic and statutory planning, environmental management, and property development.
Glenn has managed commercial property portfolios and has experience in specialised land uses including marinas, aged care, hospitals and tourism and accommodation ventures. He has created numerous strategic business development plans for coastal holiday parks and was heavily involved in the ideation and creation of the Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary.
Most recently Glenn has been on the local government side of the development relationship and brings to Winarch Capital his insight and understanding of council planning processes and how to work cooperatively with levels of government and various agencies to deliver mutually beneficial development outcomes.
Founded from his time playing elite level sport, Glenn applies a continual improvement mindset to his work and a strategic problem-solving approach to development challenges to ensure best and highest outcomes are achieved.
