Most recently Glenn has been on the local government side of the development relationship and brings to Winarch Capital his insight and understanding of council planning processes and how to work cooperatively with levels of government and various agencies to deliver mutually beneficial development outcomes.

Founded from his time playing elite level sport, Glenn applies a continual improvement mindset to his work and a strategic problem-solving approach to development challenges to ensure best and highest outcomes are achieved.
